My name is Kaye, and I own Vital Beat Yoga in Midland, and in addition to being a Nutritionist I am trained in both pre & post natal yoga. We run both prenatal, and mums & bubs/post natal classes at our studio in Midland. Our prenatal yoga runs as a regular 5 week course and our Mums n Bubs class is ongoing. Prenatal yoga is quite rare in our area, so it would be great to make more City of Swan mothers aware that they have this locally to them.
